Sounds like you definitely need a break!ironwill wrote: body is sore, and I think it needs a break, so I'm going to give it one. Hoping to hang-out in here alot over the next two days.

I won't be taking a computer but I believe there is one in the lobby so I may pop in here every once in a while - it may help to keep me on track with what I eat and with exerciseironwill wrote:You are coasting into VAC.....YAY for you. NO. I will probably start Friday night after I get home from the football game at 11:00. Then I have to be on the road at 2:30 on Saturday morning to drive to MilwaukeeI am best under pressure
yuh, splitting alot of wood with a maul too, which is giving certain bodyparts a pretty good run for their money, if you know what I mean. I think its good to take a break every now, and again. Not like I'm getting paid to do it.Fygle wrote:With all your VB matches I'm sure giving other workouts a break is a good idea.

Yuh, mostly bought the bike for gas savings in 2008, when it was $4-5/gallon, but haven't really ridden it for pleasure. Pretty much utility. Truck gets 14 mpg, bike gets 45. I have full leathers, and full-face helmet, pretty much how I always ride, for safety. Seen to many messes on bikes.fitoverforty wrote:"Get your motor runnin'ironwill wrote:I haven't ridden in a group since probably high school, so hoping it will be a good day.
