I know, its been so hectic, its nuts. head is spinning in 1000 different directions. Trying to get too many things done at once. I need to set some boundaries, I guess, and back-burner some projects. Only doing two HIIT sessions this week, then the final on Sunday, unless they change the game time to 5:30, then I can't play, as it interferes with night Church. I will actually laugh if that happens. body is sore, and I think it needs a break, so I'm going to give it one. Hoping to hang-out in here alot over the next two days. Saturday looks like a Motorcycle ride up through the Western Maine Mountain, possibly into New Hampshire, and down through Grafton Notch, with some friends. I never do that, but a friend from High School called last night, and asked me to go, and I said sure. You are coasting into VAC.....YAY for you. Are you going to keep in touch, or take a break from the internet world?

I won't be taking a computer but I believe there is one in the lobby so I may pop in here every once in a while - it may help to keep me on track with what I eat and with exercise :D

Yea, looking forward to the weekend. Barbie, and the boys are going to the coast with her sister in law, and there kids. I haven't ridden in a group since probably high school, so hoping it will be a good day. Yuh, been splitting wood pretty much everyday, then stacking, so not totally slacking, just a short break, I'll be back at it on Mon. Thats cool you can keep in touch, and be a little bit accountable, should be a beautiful week in Florida, I would say don't forget the pics.........but....

NO. I will probably start Friday night after I get home from the football game at 11:00. Then I have to be on the road at 2:30 on Saturday morning to drive to Milwaukee :) I am best under pressure

With all your VB matches I'm sure giving other workouts a break is a good idea.

yuh, splitting alot of wood with a maul too, which is giving certain bodyparts a pretty good run for their money, if you know what I mean. I think its good to take a break every now, and again. Not like I'm getting paid to do it.

Yuh, mostly bought the bike for gas savings in 2008, when it was $4-5/gallon, but haven't really ridden it for pleasure. Pretty much utility. Truck gets 14 mpg, bike gets 45. I have full leathers, and full-face helmet, pretty much how I always ride, for safety. Seen to many messes on bikes.
