Stick to the prescribed plan then, but as soon as possible, increase calories as much as I said, adding 50% of the original 600 daily calorie total, (300 calores obviously), each week. so you'll be at 2,100 before you know it.

It takes time to adjust to these things but it will happen, and it will help.
