I'm new to this site and i feel ill not going to leave it soon.
Imfacing problem with fat localized in some area in the body ( Waist- Breast) i started from week workout plane thats is
1: running for 20 mints + 1 more mint every new day till reach 40mint
2: twisting waist for 60 time 2 sets + more 2 every new day
3:chest workout with dumbbell Dumbbell Flyes im doing 10X4 per day
4: then more waist twisting
5: abd workout 30X4
weight is 78 and height is 180 cm the pro is for 6/week ad one day i do only cardio for 30 mint
Looking for more help and good organized prog

I think you are kind of on the wrong track with your workout. You need to be doing a more comprehensive workout--training all the muscles in your body. Just working the chest and waist is not going to give you results. And don't forget diet.
