twice today i have been mistaken for a pregnant woman.I didnot mind because it meant i did not have to stand in long lines but this BIG STOMACH HAS TO GO.this is all thanks to years of neglecting body, drinking one too many beers,eating foods that were of no nutritional value. :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Aww...sorry to hear people mistaken you for that.... But you can totally change that!
Work on your diet! It's very important.. rememebr you cannot change overnight and it will take some time. :wink:
Nevertheless... With hard work and determination... You can do it properly.

lmao! thanks Nokie i will definately not let that put me down. i was not bothered by it when it happened but the more i thought about it, i got just a LITTLE bit upset.thank goodness i got back to senses soon.the former me would have got home and indulged in all the forbidden foods but instead i got home,ate according to meal plan,phoned a few friends and laughed the whole thing off.lol. the incident made me realise though that i still have ALOT of hard work ahead.


PS:apologies admin for that double post. i dont know how that happened.

Last year I use to tell people that as soon as I delivered this baby I'd be just fine. Well, I delievred! It was a big dang baby! :):) It CAN be done...that isn't nearly as big as it once was. You can do it!!

@Idematto the worse part is that i have never been pregnant.lmao! its all thanks to the damn cheese burgers and pizzas.

@Nokie i refuse to let anything or anyone to bring me down.instead it motivates me even more.i have made enough excuses previously.

People at work see me everyday... they always see me eat...
The other day.... they actually really looked at me and said..
You lost weight didn't you? You look more tone....I'm like... I think so? :D
They were confused how I'm losing weight when I'm eating ALL the time!!!!
LoL... they just don't realize what i'm eating... HEALTHY STUFF :wink:
Man... It made morning... (I think it's the shirt I was wearing... it's a bit tigher than usual outfit)
But something like that... just makes people like me work harder!!!

HipposPlod - So far.. you are doing a great job... asking questions, great attitude, just keep it up ok?
If you need some butt kicking or support... we are here :wink:

Floor exercises are the best. Especially cardio and then floor exercise. Came across useful tips at http://www.abssixpack.net" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. All the best..

After your walk… do your stretch at all? If it’s really bad, go see a doctor.

no Nokie i dont stretch at all because most times i dont even break a sweat since its like a pleasure walk.
