I've been lurking around for a few weeks and have enjoyed reading the tips being thrown around, so I decided to join and ask for some advice myself

I am 25 years old, 57 kilos and 167cm tall.
day job consists of sitting behind a desk for 8-10 hours

husband (toefa) and I sold our motorbikes and decided to cycle to work each day which is roughly 12kms each way, 5 days a week. I do pilates in lunch break on Thursdays and plan to start swimming once a week. Weekends are fairly active as well, we scuba dive at least one day.
Before I started cycling I was going to the gym 3 times a week mixing it up with cardio & weights. Since cycling, I no longer go to the gym but I'm starting to think I should do at least some form of weight training - once a week?
goal is not to lose weight (maybe 1 or 2 kilos wouldn't hurt) but I would like to be tone up...everywhere.
What do you think? Is one day of weight training enough? What would you recommend I do?
diet is pretty good most days . I eat 5 times a day evenly spaced out and I try to eat well 70% of the time and eat what I feel like 30% of the time - weakness is ice-cream

Thanks in advance, looking forward to your replies
