Now I see that you can sit down and still look good. I always disregarded the layer that hung over pants just because I was sitting down :lol:

Gunnersrus, I really do know what you mean! I would have never seen some of the changes to myself without pics. U posted your pics because this is a site where people come for help, motivation, and in your case praise for hard work and dedication. By the looks of your pics you are very well deserving of that! Once again I think your results are nothing short of amazing and if I could I would surely give you a medal!!!!! :D

Not an expert or anything but maybe some of these examples for chest exercises could help:
http://www.shapefit.com/chest-exercises ... -grip.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.shapefit.com/chest-exercises ... flyes.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.shapefit.com/chest-exercises ... press.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.shapefit.com/chest-exercises ... vated.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
You can find alot more of these at:
http://www.shapefit.com/training.html#4" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
scroll down to "chest exercises"
Best of luck on achieveing all of the goals you set out for yourself. And feel free to post your success pics!
