Treadmill, 20 minutes - 4 @ 3.5 mph, then 4 intervals at 6.8 mph, 4 @ 2.5 mph - finished with the rest at 3.7 mph
Prone Planks 1 @ 45 secs, 2 @ 30 secs
Side Planks 2 @ 30 secs x 2 - yeah! Increased 15 secs!
Supine Bridges 2 x 10 holding for 15 secs
DEAD LIFTS
135 lbs! 2 x 5, but then
140 lbs 1 x 5!!! I was soooo excited! I feel form is still good and adding weights shouldn't be a problem!
Swanso? I know you love deads, but I shouldn't do them 3 x per week, right? I should be switching them out with weighted squats etc?
