Day 72
Breakfast - 3 wheatabix with milk
Just before lunch had 2 egg sandwiches. 4 slices bread, 2 eggs.
Did 5 sets of 10 reps on bench press even though it's day off, i want bigger pecs, arms that actually look musclely (get last of fat off of them) and a 6 pack. You can sometimes see 6 pack very slightly.
Although it's been 72 days which is along time, i have seen some changes, but none that are major.
Is there anything i can do to improve, or should i continue with this routine, quite hungry so might have a protein shake soon. Will have to buy more powder soon aswell
Also is there anything i can do to improve performance for working out, for example i walked past the chin up bar on door and did a total of just 8 reps. However if i just did it flat without working out i would of been able to do like 3, also will do 4 sets of push ups soon, usually reps of 10.
I mean even if i had a biscuit or 2, a day or so would that affect me that much?
Dinner - can of meatballs (400 calories) in tomato soup, around 25g protein, 18g fat, with 2 slices of toast with peanut butter, i lvoe peanut butter, have it everyday
