I am in Weight loss traing...
morning i am eating oatmeal...
i am preparing this meal .. oats mix with boiled milk cooked some time and added 1 tsp honey...
But it is tasteless to eat......
give me u suggestions..how it make tasty...
add a pinch of salt to your water, and I add brown sugar or real maple syrup, cinnamon, a touch of butter and a splash of cream...hmmm I think I will make some right now
You can add egg whites in it and put salt and pepper (I know sounds weird) but it’s actually not bad once you get used to it. It’s like eating eggs with plain rice with salt and pepper. You not only getting your carbs but your protein in the morning!
I'd heed caution about Fruit and Oatmeal. Fruit wouldn't digest too well with Oatmeal, and Citrus fruits and Whole-grain together, can potentially promote Hyperacidity, GERD and Heartburn.
