Upper Middle Chest

Post by alexanderlooo »

Hey Everyone,

I had a question involving the upper middle chest and what would be the most effective way to exercise that specific area. current chest workout consists of 3 exercises (dumbell incline, dumbell bench, dumbell butterfly) which I do every other day for a 5 day per week workout schedule, and have been doing for the past 2 months. I've noticed visible change on the lower and outside parts of pecs, but I feel that if I continue this workout, the divit in the center of chest will only become more and more defined.

If anyone has any suggestions to problem, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks in advance,
Alex

Inclines will hit that area fine, but the divet in the Chest as you call it, I think is called Tunnel Chest, and cannot be reversed, as it's there from birth.

haha, no. I looked up funnel chest online and that's not exactly problem. what im dealing with is the part of pecs that form the outer L's of each muscle are continuing to grow and the central area isn't.

Then it sounds like you're getting advanced growth in the Pec Minor, so you could try Bench Pressing with Dumbbells, and use a straight up and down motion, no twisting at the top.

See how that works out.
