I was just wondering if there were exercises you can do at your desk at work and still fill a burn through out the day? Perhaps sitting in your chair and doing leg raises? Is there anything out there?

I don't know how much it really does but I have a standard office chair that swivels and it's on wheels. I lift feet off the ground and twist lower body to the right and then to the left without moving upper body and it seems to feel like it works something...

Flex your muscles and hold for a certain amount of time. I can't really do this at office because i'm an insurance agent and would have people laughing at me all day... but i do do it while i'm driving in car. Seems to work. Can't hurt. :)
