I don’t know if I’m working out enough? Or at least have enough cardio?
At the moment, I am doing a full body work out on weight days…
Rest 2 days and cardio 2 days…. I was thinking of adding more cardio.
M – Weights
T– Cardio (HIIT) 20-25mins
W – Weights
Th – OFF ------ Thinking of adding another HIIT 20-25mins
F – Weights
S – Cardio (Kick Boxing) -45mins
S – OFF
It seems like I am NOT doing enough Cardio… Should I only have 1 day off on Sundays.
And do Cardio on Thursday? Another HIIT?? Since I only do that once a week?
Or should I just keep what I have because that is enough cardio??
