Had a great workout today! Reached goal of 100lb dead lifts! While I was at it I did squats with 100 lbs (squat rack, not Smith) Resumed Bench Presses but only used 30 lb BB due to shoulder issue, and did with relative ease the squat/shoulder presses with 15lb DB's - Single Arm Rows still at 35 lbs - Stiff Legged dead lifts w/rows using 15lb DB's - could use heavier weights, but when combining with squat/shoulder presses - it's easier not to have to change the DB's. I think it'll be awhile before I can use more weight for shoulder presses
Just highlights above - not in any particular order - don't want Troy thinking I went way out of the box!

:)
P.S. I was congratulated this morning at the gym for gaining weight, I hadn't told them I lost it again.
They just assumed it was muscle!
I hope so!
Food is tough - same stuff, different day! I hear you Holly! For me, it's too much! I have been trying to change up chicken, and cooking lean burgers, fish and pork chops to make it more interesting. I cooked some fresh green beans with a can of diced jalepeno tomatoes - yummy! I use the canned diced tomatoes for almost everything these days.....the burgers are great with grilled onions too! I bought some organic black bean soups, where husband and I share a can as a side dish to whatever meat or fish I cook with a salad and/or veggie. Not sure if that works for this program?? husband thought it was home made soup - and it was soooo easy!
Have a great week everyone!
