having a problem here . when i flex left arm (bicep) looks more cutter and biger than right arm is that normal? and if not can it be fixed?
use db's only and whatever reps your weak arm does, only do the same amount for your strong arm even though you'll be able to do more...maybe even add an extra set for weak arm like this:
1 set for weak arm
1 set for strong arm
1 set for weak arm
1 set for strong arm
1 set for weak arm
1 set for strong arm
1 set for weak arm
make sense??
1 set for weak arm
1 set for strong arm
1 set for weak arm
1 set for strong arm
1 set for weak arm
1 set for strong arm
1 set for weak arm
make sense??
Dumbbell work might be your best choice as well. Swanso gives a good point there about doing an extra set for the weak Arm, if not, then you might only need to do the same number of sets per Arm.
Possibly if you were doing a lot of Bar, or two handed Cable work, one Arm was dominating, and made the other one lazy, or less productive.
Dumbbell work should force the lazy arm to get with it.
