i have just started taking norrateen heavyweight 2 but i am starting to wonder if i am just wasteing money. i am still new to weight training so this is all new to me so any advice is welcome

1. Protein Powder with Carbs. Some are ramped up with BCAA's and Glutamine, but could also buy a Glutamine for nighttime as a seperate thing on it's own.
2. Protein powder without Carbs, then just mix your own Carbs in it, like Honey, Crushed Oats etc etc.
These are what I deem bodybuilding supplements, so if you wanted to explore non-bodybuilding supplements like Fatty Acid Supps, Vitamins, Jont care supplements, Cholesterol lowering supplements, etc etc, then that's a seperate thing altogether,
