norrateen heavyweight2

i have just started taking norrateen heavyweight 2 but i am starting to wonder if i am just wasteing money. i am still new to weight training so this is all new to me so any advice is welcome :?:

Yes you are wasting your money.

Even for the most advanced bodybuilders I don't think its needed.

Since you are a beginner, you surely do not need it. Stick to a clean diet with no junk and high protein. And have a good workout plan and you will get gains.

I think that's one of those dodgy Fat burning things from memory.

Whatever it is, you certainly don't need it.

thanks for replying as i said any advice is welcome. is there any supplements you do recommend taking.

1. Protein Powder with Carbs. Some are ramped up with BCAA's and Glutamine, but could also buy a Glutamine for nighttime as a seperate thing on it's own.

2. Protein powder without Carbs, then just mix your own Carbs in it, like Honey, Crushed Oats etc etc.

These are what I deem bodybuilding supplements, so if you wanted to explore non-bodybuilding supplements like Fatty Acid Supps, Vitamins, Jont care supplements, Cholesterol lowering supplements, etc etc, then that's a seperate thing altogether,
