Essential home gym equipment

Post by sawhaler »

I work out in garage, equipment consists of a lat pull down stack with a low row, dumbbells up to 60 lbs., and a spin cycle. I'd be interested to know what others consider essential equipment for a home gym. I'd also like to add that thanks to this amazing website I've been able to lose 50 lbs. of body fat since Jan. and body has changed dramatically for the better. life has changed in so many ways, relationships are better, job is better, I've become friends with mirror.I'm a 40 year old man in an 18 year old's body!

Hi there,

Congrats on your weight loss! That is absolutely wonderful and you should definitely be proud of your success! Keep up the good work!!!

Essential home gym equipment.... free weights, pull up bar (I like the ones that you can hang in the door way), and bench that inclines and declines. An exercise ball is also great.

Again... great job on the weight loss! Keep us posted on your progress!
