Whey protein powder

Post by mm »

Instead of making prtein shakes, if I just eat the whey protein powder, say 1 scoop as suggested on the box, would I get the same benefit of protein intake as with the shakes?

Eating Whey Protein Powder might taste bad, plus mixing it with Water increases absorption rate, so mixing it in Water to me, sounds like a much better option.

It might sound silly but I like the taste of Vanilla flavor whey powder but I'll skhake it in water instead. I have always used juice or milk to make the shake with frozen strawberry and/or banana using blender but I'll try with water + juice or water sometimes. The protein powder I am using is from GNC, the one with no artificial falvor. I have vanilla this time. Last time was plain and so I needed to add flavor.
