Hi,
since I've been here I've allways heard that Squats and Deadlifts are much better to deveope ripped abs then normal ab qork like crunches for example.
But now question: WHY? ^^ Well I supposed Deadlift are for the lower back and squats for the legs! I can't imagine how they work on the abs, can anybody explain it please? ^^
