goal is to look like Jelena Abbou (I know - totally hot, right?)
Currently I'm just doing cardio (20 min jogging, 15 min stairmaster) because I don't want to do weights incorrectly and hurt myself! Im meeting with a trainer tomorrow - but I'm not 100% sure if I trust trainers...
Im working on diet. biggest problem is I don't like food - ok, I don't like food that isn't loaded with sodium and sugar.... Im having problems eating breakfast and protein.... working on it.
OK, enough with the ramblings... here are pics - any advise/feedback/criticism/whatever appreciated.
