Ok so here goes - goal is to gain overall muscle mass
Workout
Legs - Deadlift 10x3 , squat 10x3
Chest - Bench Press 10x3 , Chest Press 10x3
Shoulders - Shoulder Press 10x3 , Need Help here

Back - Barbell Rows 10x3 , lat pull down 10x3
Arms - Hammer Curls 10x3 , Chin ups 10x3
Routine
Monday - workout
Tuesday - Rest
Wedensday - workout
Thursday - rest
Friday - workout
Sat/sun - Rest
