Hi, I have a post on workout journals and i would just like to post a programme i have came up with here to see what you guys think of it before i post it as official workout :) .
On other post thanks to the help of a great community i have found out the compound exercises are more effective than machines. i have also came to the conclusion that full body exercises are thing :D .

Ok so here goes - goal is to gain overall muscle mass

Workout

Legs - Deadlift 10x3 , squat 10x3

Chest - Bench Press 10x3 , Chest Press 10x3

Shoulders - Shoulder Press 10x3 , Need Help here :D

Back - Barbell Rows 10x3 , lat pull down 10x3

Arms - Hammer Curls 10x3 , Chin ups 10x3


Routine


Monday - workout
Tuesday - Rest
Wedensday - workout
Thursday - rest
Friday - workout
Sat/sun - Rest


Tell me what you think and any help would be greatly appreciated :D

more is better in almost everything except wts training which is the case here

are you planning on doing 300 reps with (well you should be using) about 85% of your max? won't happen

have a look at the waterbury methpd and see how that is set out

1 exercise for 10 x 3
2 x pairs for 4 x 6

a lot better way to go

by 10x3, do you mean 3 sets of 10 or 10 sets of 3?

Ahhh , i see what you mean swanso5. So i will go for the old 4x6 method
