I'm 62yrs old in body, butmuch younger in mind.
I love challengers and current goal is to ride 20k.
I now wish to get in better condition, can't afford a gym.
Interested to hear from other people who have used a home gym effectively.
Alan.

I have a Concept II rowing machine. It is light, easily stowed and works legs, back, arms and shoulders (not so much on the shoulders).
It is a commercial grade piece of gym equipment that should last a long time.
To that, add some pushups, pull ups, abdominal work and some light dumb bell work and you will have a complete workout.
62! Finally there is someone here that is older than me (60).
