at the moment i go to gym every monday wednesday and friday. I do 3-5 sets of 12-15 reps and work each muscle every trip to the gym.
Many people say diffrent things that i should do, do you think that it is best for me to carry on this way or to train certain muscles monday then a diffrent group wednesday etc. I am also going for strength and just overall muscle building, so should i carry on this way or should i increase the weight and decrease reps???
