hiya, im getting a little bit bored of deadlifts....
i dont know alot of lower back exercises and was wondering if yous all new some really good ones

Also try light (very light) stiff legged dead lifts.
Also try barre work (kicks). If you never took any ballet lessons as a child, many of your friends did--so ask. Or go on line and google "barre exercises". (Did you ever see a ballerina that looked out of shape?)
I like stiff leg deadlifts, they are a great one to do. Also hyper extensions. Just check it out on google or something . Its a great one, hold like a plate in your hand and do them for added weight.
