Lower back

hiya, im getting a little bit bored of deadlifts....
i dont know alot of lower back exercises and was wondering if yous all new some really good ones :D

don't get bored with them, they'll do more for then any other exercise you can find

good mornings. but if i were you id stick to deadlifts.

"Good mornings" are a back exercise.

Also try light (very light) stiff legged dead lifts.

Also try barre work (kicks). If you never took any ballet lessons as a child, many of your friends did--so ask. Or go on line and google "barre exercises". (Did you ever see a ballerina that looked out of shape?)

I like stiff leg deadlifts, they are a great one to do. Also hyper extensions. Just check it out on google or something :P. Its a great one, hold like a plate in your hand and do them for added weight.

if you get bored with them, simply add more weight.

i don't know about female lifters but for us guys, simple being able to lift more every next workout is very satisfying :D
