Well i tryed some chest excercises to build some pecs, and i think i ended up with man boobs I'm 15 years old, anyone know what I can do to get rid of them?
First Things first, add some more fiber and proein to your diet. dont eat any simple carbs, eat whole carbs such as brown rice, whole wheat breads, and brown pasta. Veggies also add fiber as do fruit.
Day 1: Lift
Day 2: HIIT
Day 3: Lift
Day 4: HIIT
Day 5: Cardio
