Sup guys. I recently found this Art of Waterbury program.
I finished the Waterbury Method, and now I want to try this one out.

On the page, is it a coincidence why Day 3 doesn't have any supersets? Or what's up with that.
One more thing, when I first asked about the Waterbury method which was about resting such as...
A1, rest, A2, rest, etc...
Should I still be doing that for this program also?
Or should I do:
A1, A2, rest, A1, A2, rest, etc...
I remember Swanso saying A1, rest, A2, rest which worked amazing.
Just wondering if I can apply same rules here.

Ive done the art of waterbury and Day 3 is the only day where you dont exercise in pairs.
for example
squat for 12 reps
rest 70 secs
squat for 12 reps
rest 70 secs
squat for 12 reps
I followed as written as im sure theres a reason it was planned like this, probably to do with it being high rep low sets.
I dont know much more than that, maybe you could change it to pairings, you may need to reduce the reps or something
