Be aware, Glucosamine contains Chitin, derived from Shellfish, so if you have any problems ingesting Shellfish, or if you don't eat Shellfish, but believe you may have issues ingesting Glucosamine, don't take it.

Actually Fish Oil contains omega 3 anyway, so unless you're getting less Omega 3 from the 3,5,9 supplement, than a Fish Oil, stick with Omega 3,6,9.

Depends on the price as well. If your 3,6,9 product is say 10% more expensive than Fish Oil, go for 3,6,9, but if your 3,6,9 was say 50% more expensive then obviously go for the Fish Oil isntead.

As for Glucosamine, yes Chondritin is a kind of synergistic product, which could help it work better.
