pelvis area hurts.

so i stopped doing squats once pelvis area started to hurt a day or two after doing them. and it also hurts a little when i run, or squeeze stomach area.

but its been about a few weeks and it doesn't really bother me anymore. and now i wanna get back to squatting. any ideas on what's causing this?

I once had that problem ... Not eating enough. Overall fatigue, that was that for em and since we're both men I think it'S this for you too.

friend ran in the same problem last year, and yes midols can do the job until you the problem. :wink:

I once had that problem ... Not eating enough. Overall fatigue, that was that for em and since we're both men I think it'S this for you too.

it's nothing food/rest related...get looked at if you can't pin point anything

Are you sure ? Well getting nutrition back on track back then solve this problem. And kid, better listen to Swanso than me, but from experience it was food/rest related.

food definately not

rest maybe but all rest is not using it so inflammation doesn;t occur, it doesn't cure what the problem actually is so sooner or later it will come back and/or move the wt distribution to somewhere else (knees/hips) and an overuse injury there is a definate as well as a re-occurence of the pelvis thing then you're doubley as fucked
