Hi There. I am looking for a powerful 45-60 minute workout for weight training, working 2 body parts each workout (12 reps,supper sets). Also, if it isn't too much trouble an online coach/buddy to follow along for a little while just to make sure I'm on track. I've been working out in the gym for a number of years, but pretty new to the weight room. I'm strong...determined...just need guidance to be more effective. Very limited on the time I have available.

At any rate are you joining a gym or working out at home? What equipment is available to you? If you are joining a gym don't they have fitness instructors there?
