need a 4-8 week prog. to build mass

I'm really looking for a workout to last somewhere around 4-8 weeks long so that I can build muscle mass. I would really like to have some tips on getting larger arms as well as chest...so if anyone knows an excellent workout please let me know..

4 to 8 weeks your not going to see much diferance at all mate you need more time

but search the waterbury method by chad waterbury and do as written
