what does bulking mean
and how do you go about doing it

Bulking just means putting on mass, and you probably can work out the rest :P

so lifting heavy yes?
so you would think lifting light defines the muscle better but aparently not

im 16 stone now about 220Lb and lift heavy 3 sets
first set 10
second set 10
third set about 7

so is this bulking or not

bulking is more about how much your eating

Ihave put on alot of mass on legs to where they look huge I never meant to but was trying to lose weight....now after 2 weeks of working out legs have gone from small and slender to huge and ugly. Is it mass and how do I get rid of it? Please help!

you don;t get huge in 2 weeks and why would ou want to decrease muscle mass anyway?
