mate if you can't bench your own bodyweight then worrying about upeer chest and cables is the least of your problems

i used to do those a lot and really liked them because i felt them. did them from about shoulder height, a bit higher. if you want to work your upper chest though, i'd stick to incline

I assume you are talking about cable crossovers. If you use an upper location for the cable and you crossover downward you will work the inner pecs at the lower end.

If you work with the cable at shoulder height and cross over laterally you will work the entire inner peck with no emphasis on either the upper portion or the lower portion of the pec.

If you start with the lower position and angle your arms upward then you will be putting emphasis on the upper portion of the inner pec.

Your primary exercise for the chest is the bench press.

Your secondary exercise for the chest is the incline bench.

After that you can add decline benches and cable flies.

From your other posts it seems like you're doing training with sports/athletic performance in mind, so I wouldn't suggest an isolation exercise like crossovers for that. Various forms of bench press and pushups are a better idea in opinion.

well deadlift twice your bodyweight

long story short, you're wasting your time worrying about both upper chest and cables

what about your lower/middle chest?
