yeah he's great

are you that guy???

is that all he did and he got like that?

he lioves and breatehs training/eating so any program will do that

are you as dedicated as he is?

it's not where he is now, where did he start from? he might have already been big so if you're not how will a program a trainer with 10yrs experience help anyone who's probably done curls and crunches and nothign else???

that's like me doing ronnie coleman's program

oh and he's probably not all natural

I believe I'm as dedicated as anyone, but yes I do lack experience.

What would you do instead of pushdowns? I used to do narrow grip bench press. Should I go back to that?

as far as him being all natural, one can only speculate. I would like think he's telling the truth though.

He's not really big, lean and some size on for sure. But his workout isn't optimal at all for maximal muscle recruitment and strength gains ...

He'S 40 years old ... so let say at least 10-20 years of training ? Godamn he had all his time to grow up even with a isolation exercises only workout lol

And Swanso, Ronnie's workout isn't only based on isolations exercises. Shit load more volume than most of us but still not that different ...
