Ive got some spare time today and am taking son swimming at the gym so am gonna do 20 mins of HIIT first.

If you look forward to the HIIT sessions each time then it is probably OK. If you find that you are forcing yourself to the sessions because you "just don't feel like it", then that is usually a sign that you are doing too much.skillet wrote:so is 3-4 HIIT sessions per week too much? that's what I've been doing...

Im only repeating 4 times though. Is this not enough?
I do it after weights and i just feel wasted after 10 mins or so of doing HIIT. Im sure i will work up to more though. Im doing this 3-4 times a week.
