CSD better known as Chronic Shoe Disorder, is a disease affecting an area of the Brain called the Limbic System, (Hippocampus and Amygala), an area which affects emotions.
It would seem that some sort of hormonal imbalance occurs in some Women, leading to an uncontrollable desire for excessive amounts of Shoes.
This unfortunate addiction affects women mainly in the 16 -50 age range, where it can start in puberty, but it would seem after 50, levels of what is known as SCH, (Shoe Compulsion Hormone), seem to decrease, lessening the affects of CSD.
However CSD has another more serious side effect, called CSF or Chronic Shoe Fatigue.
This can manifest itself, when the individual has so many shoes, they find it too stressful, working out which pair to wear on any given day.
CSF gets worse depending on the number of shoes the Women owns, and if the stress levels get too high on a daily basis, the resulting Cortisol releases, can lead to weight gain, and then there is a real problem, because if the person gets too much weight gain, their Shoes may become too narrow for their enlarged Feet.
If this happens, the person could seriously Hyperventilate, and coupled with their decreased Heart health, suffer a Shoe related Heart Attack.
Fortunately, here is some practical advice to avoid any future problems, and overcome an addiction, or possible addiction.
Firstly you need to go on a strict Shoe Diet, consisting mainly of the three main Shoe Macronutrients, Casual, Work and Exercise Shoes.
For Casual, you should include up to two types of Shoe or Boot, but no more than three. Three is anough pairs for adequate casual activity in the week. You can however mix and match, as your Diet could consist of just Shoes, or just Boots, or a mix of both, as long as you don't exceed the maximum three Shoes or Boots a week.
For work, you only need one pair. If you do have a job where it's casual dress, all the better, if not then something a little bit smarter may be required, but don't go overboard on the frills and appearance, you want function only, not facade. You could have a Boot instead of Shoe, as this is an accepted part of your diet.
If you need to then possibly another shoe for things like social events, funerals, etc etc, although a good practical work Shoe or Boot, could be used here, to simplify your diet.
One pair of Exercise Shoes is usually enough, however if you feel you need one for a differing type of exercise, like say Cardio, or Weights, depending on whether you like to run more, or lift more, you can be allowed a "cheat Shoe", but I'd avoid the urge to wear it more than about two to three times a week.
This is a hard diet to follow, and it won't be easy, but it will help you to save money, and be more practical with your choices, health, and increased domestic space.
Plus you will have more money for things you might need, like a new Fridge
