What are the best exercises for a COMPLETE core workout?

bridges, planks, braces, hanging leg raises... best I can think of right now other than compound lifts like deads and squats and chin ups.

I love it, I forgot about those excercises. gym teacher in highschool used to have us do those during wrestling classes. They had square boards with carpet on the backs of them.

haha that's the shit. all gym teacher would do is have us do plate workouts and run around the track holding medicine balls over our heads.

Not for the unconditioned user. Ab wheels in that instance may represent a Back and Deltoid problem.

you can midify the ab wheel using a tiwell on a wooden floor or a clip board in carpet so that your lower to the ground to make "easier"
