I am lean but i have tummy.is schedule correct? Please me

I am 24 173cms 63kg ,i have a normal physique but tummy is little big.since i am not fat but having tummy looks bad.Now i want to build few muscles & be fit but at the same time wanna reduce tummy.So following is current exercise and food.Will it help me out or is there anything wrong in schedule..pls help me...

Exercise : cardio 15mins & Workout in Gym for 30 mins & Abs for 15 mins. I take Glucose (Glucon-D) for energy while working out.I do 6 days in a week.

Food: 3 eggwhites,brown bread with cheese in the morning.
2 chapattis,little rice,vegetables in afternoon.
1 banana,2 buscuits in evening.
3 chapattis with vegetables in night and on alternative day 250gm chicken / Beef.

(I'd change that Cheese for Low Fat Cheese.)

(You need more protein. A bit of Rice won't do it.)

(I'd ditch the Banana, as some of the Fructose could convert to Fat, and you have other sources of Carbs anyway. You need more Protein here.)

(Not too bad)

Overall though you're not eating enough. You need around 6 meals a day, not 4.

what is the workout in gym? excercises? (you're using machines aren't you?:roll: )
abs 15 min? this sounds like overkill to me.
15 min cardio, like what?

train harder, eat better and drop the extra sugar, that's what's probably making you fat

Also, you weigh 138.6lbs so you need to put on muscle by bulking.
