thisis a more recent pic. taken this summer. hey its the best i could do lol

right now, i'm pretty sure BF% increased, so i wanna get it down, and get body back to its toned lean physique, and more athletic
offcourse, i will go on a meal plan, thats taken care of ..

putting it this way, on mondays wednesdays and fridays, i have 10am - 1 pm and 4pm - 6pm free.
teusdays, i have from the morning till 4 free, and thursdays from 11 - 5pm free.

question is, when would be the best time for me to do full body workout (on monwedfri) i would prefer between 10 and 1, cuz its more time plus i could get it overwith early. plus, on those days, i have Dabke classes (lebanese dance, search it up its different :)) from 6pm - 8pm so it gives me time to rest before the class begins..

relating to that, i'm planning on doing supersets for each muscle during each workout.. should i superset same muscle exercises, or opposing muscle exercises ? (i.e bench/flyes or bench/bent rows)

and other question, on teusday and thursdayi have swimming from 6 - 7pm, so should i throw in a session or two of HIIT or keep it at swimming ? what i'm worried about is overdoing it and losing muscle. but HIIT gives me wicked results, and i speak from experience.. goal right now is to get ripped, perhaps gain muscle but i do not want to lose muscle in any way shape or form. what are your suggestions ?

- do full body wts 10 - 1 slot mon/wed/fri but don't exceed an hr just because you can, the results won't come if you do
- how hard are the dance classes? if they're not then you could do a HIIT session in the am and back them up in the pm
- super set lower/upper body compound exercises...18 - 24 sets total per session so 4 pairs x 3 supersets each or something...different sessions for each day
