out of curiosity, when people list a squat weight they are including the 45 pound bar right?

i don't, i only count the wt that's on the bar

Well if you're talking about leg press, then only the weight you put on, squat I count the bar.

The weight of the bar, plates and pins count for competition purposes, in both OL and .
I don't know why someone would not count the bar, it's 45lbs and you are lifting it.

I didn't ever leg Pressed tough, I have a more than 2xBW Squat so meh.
Good Job.
And for bar, yes count it.
