workout question

should i do
Upper Body: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Lower Body: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

or

should i work out 1 or 2 different parts of the body everyday like FitTrackers Workout Routines ?

i just want a toned body.

If you're going to do an Upper / Lower Split, don't train 6 days a week.

Do 4 days a week in this kind of system.

Day 1 Workout

Day 2 Workout

Day 3 Day Off.

Day 4 Workout

Day 5 Day Off

Day 6 Workout

Day 7 Day Off.

6 days a week is a bit overkill in opinion.

mon - full body / wed - full body / fri - full body

or this:

mon - lower / wed - upper / fri - full body

or this:

mon - lower / wed - upper / fri - lower / sat - upper

bu how can fit cardio in here i need to burn fat too.
cardio on off days, or same day as work out and then rest, or every day?
and for how long?

cardio doesn't burn much fat, it burns calories which is different...clean eating and intense training burns fat

anyway cardio goes on 2 - 3 of the off days...go to diet section and read "read before posting..." for cardio that actually burns fat, not just caloires
