lol ok u all know me on here asking more questions then post on this thing but iv been doing barbell curls bicept curls and all those and bicepts get stronger but they dont grow bigger like on the wight our hieght why is that?
at first you'll get stronger from improving your nervous system when 1st doing something like lifting wts...only after about 6 - 8 weeks will your body need to make the muscle bigger to cope with the improved nervous system functions
