i've been doing incline, reverse and regular chest press and have gained mass and some definition I can't seem to obtain the lateral definition. am I being too impatient? is there a specific exercise I should be doing?
Thanks man. I've lost 10 lbs in the last 2 months now at 184 lbs and still working on the perfect diet. At 6' tall I want to be at a weight of 180.
I have very little stomach fat but have the trouble fat spot of lateral chest. I also run 30min three times a week.
