is ur traps a back exercise or a shoulders exercise so i cna know what cat i should put it in

you can split into lower and upper traps

do lower traps on back day with rowing movements squeezing shoulder blades together

do upper traps on shoulder day

if wanting to do both one the same day whatever day has less volume on it (back or chest day), do it on that day

i wouldn't really worry about them anyway...haven't done a shrug in yrs

lower traps - do lower traps on back day with rowing movements squeezing shoulder blades together (seated cable row with a wide grip is best)

upper traps - any shrug with bb or db shrug the best choice

seated cable row

but use a wide bar (the one from a lat pulldown) with a wider than shoulder width grip

i cant do the first one caus ei got onl a basci bench and which one is the lower traos and which ones thes upper

seated row is mid / lower traps as well as back so do it back day

shrug is upper traps so can do back or delt day, which ever has lower total volume for the session
