Yeah, but the Banana won't digest very well.

You're better having the Banana, giving it 10-15 minutes to digest, then having the rest of the food.

Fruit Flavoured is fine, as long as there's no Fruit in it.

Fruit Yoghurts are okay, Fruit and Yoghurt are pretty fine together, but Fruit isn't too happy combined with other foods, and either Melon or Watermelon seem to not want ot be combined with anything.

It's not going to cause things like Stomach Cramps, Hyperaciditiy, Acid Reflux etc etc, but you just won't get as much Fruit benefit combining, uness it's Tomatos and possibly Peppers, with things like Veggies, and maybe Flesh sources.

How much whey protein would you reccomend? I try to keep it for post work out but if it can aide in making oatmeal edible then I am all for it! Also, what about brown sugar?

I usually add about a half of a scoop or so. I wouldn't add brown sugar as there isn't any nutritional value in sugar, its just empty calories. Have you tried cinnamon? I really like pumpkin pie spice too... it has a bunch of different spices in it... pretty tasty.

Thanks for the tip! The cinnamon and whey mixture was amazing! Pumpkin pie spice is next on the list. Thanks again!
