umm yea id work out any part of body and like 10 reps for moderate weight then ill stop fro a few min then workout agian then after getting to 50 i stop and astart agian a few hours later is all the stoping and breaks making working out usless?
and second no one answer ti on last one sohuld i work out a diffretn set eeveryonther day or one day upper body yhthen lower body next if so how can me working out half the mussicle majkes me to tired to finish
what i mean is i keep stoppign for a few min bwteen reps and a few hours after doing 50 reps of wieght son a few exercies then continueing later is that ok

rest a few mins
1 rep
rest a few mins

rest a few mins etc until at 50 total reps
then rest a couple hours and do it again for the same or different muscle???
