I HAVE PUT ON LOTS OF FAT ON ABDOMEN AREA AND CHEST WHICH PULLS DOWN OUTLOOK AND INCONSEQUENCE THAT MAKES ME UPSET.
I WANT TO LOOK MYSELF A DUDE.
DUE TO SCHEDULE I CANNOT BE VERY REGULAR TO GYM,BUT I CAN DO REGULAR EXERCISE AT HOME.
I NEED TO KNOW WHAT ARE THE RIGHT EXERCISES FOR ME AND RIGHT FOODS FOR ME.
