um, does it?? i might just do a fat loss training article as the idea's i have will take ages to type...how long can you wait? should hopefully get it done this week...got 500 pages to read before that of new alwyn cosgrove program i bought

I don't leave for orientation until next sunday and I won't be back until tuesday so on I won't start training for cutting until wednesday next week...unless you're being sarcastic and if you are I will find one...

I know man I'm going to miss 200+ carbs and 3500 cals...sacrifices to be made decided I would rather be ripped at about 180lbs and be strong then be bigger and less ripped and equally strong.
